The Giveaway: The contest is the Home Improvement Giveaway from Home Show at Turning Stone Resort Casino, hereafter referred to as ‘the Giveaway.’ Contestants must enter by 2/13/2022 3pm. Prize winners will be chosen and announced 2/13/2022. 

Entry: No purchase necessary and you do not need to be present to win. Enter during 2022 Home Show at Turning Stone hours by filling out designated Giveaway Entry Form. Entry form must be filled out completely and legibly to be eligible. Only one entry form will be accepted per address.

Qualifications: To be qualified for Prizes, contestants must be 18 years of age or older and a New York State resident.  This contest is void where prohibited by law.  Contest is not open to employees of Home Show exhibitors, promoters, participating sponsors and/or affiliated companies.

Prizes: Multiple Grand Prizes will be awarded as outlined below. Home Show at Turning Stone Resort Casino reserves the rights to make any changes to any of the Grand Prizes. 

• The Shed prize is an 8×12 Shed with a retail value of $2,800. The prize is provided by Catskill Shed Co. The prize includes delivery of the shed to the Grand Prize winner within a 50 mile radius of Turning Stone Resort Casino from Catskill Shed Co.  There is a cash value of total prize of $200. Prize must be delivered to household listed on entry form. One Shed prize will be awarded. 
• The Pizza Oven prize is a WPPO 32’’ Karma, Wood Fire Oven with a retail value of $2,299.99.  This does not include the cart. The cart can be sold separately for $589.99. The prize is provided by CNY Custom Concrete & Masonry. One Pizza Oven will be awarded.
• The Security Camera prize is a 4 Camera Home Security System with a retail value of $1,200. The prize is provided by Big Apple Music. One Security Camera prize will be awarded. Prize must be picked up at Big Apple Music.
• The TV prize is one flat screen TV.  The prize is non transferable and there is no cash value.  Prize must be picked up.

Conditions: Prize winner must take possession of the prize. Prize is non-transferable. 

Prize winners will be required to sign a liability release upon acceptance of prize and agrees to hold Home Show at Turning Stone, it’s promoters, participating sponsors and affiliated companies including Kessler Promotions and Schayes Inc. dba New York Sash and employees, agents and representatives of each of said companies harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Giveaway.

Prize winner hereby agrees to the use of their name(s), voice, or likeness and video or personal photos in any advertising or broadcasting material for promotional purposes without any additional financial or other compensation.

The Home Show, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is in violation of the rules and regulations of the Giveaway or for any reason deemed justifiable by its management, agent or sponsors with no restitution. In the event that a winner is disqualified from the Giveaway, another winner may be drawn as a replacement from the pool of qualified entrants. The Home Show reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Giveaway without notice at any time if it is not capable of completion as planned, including tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. Official decisions by The Home Show are final and not subject to litigation. The Home Show reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Giveaway. Failure to comply with the Giveaway rules and regulations may result in a contestant’s disqualification.

All liability for reporting and paying any and all federal, state and other taxes on Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of Grand Prize winner. The value of the grand prize may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.

Home Show at Turning Stone, it’s  promoters, participating sponsors and affiliated companies including Kessler Promotions and Schayes Inc. dba New York Sash and employees, agents and representatives of each of said companies are not responsible for any printing or typographical errors in any Giveaway related materials or for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries. Multiple entries will be discarded. Odds are based on the number of finalists. All finalists must meet all restrictions outlined in the qualifications section of these official rules and regulations.

By entering this Giveaway and submitting an entry, entrant hereby grants the Home Show at Turning Stone, it’s promoters, participating sponsors and affiliated companies including Kessler Promotions, Schayes Inc. dba New York Sash and Catskill Shed Co. permission to contact entrant by mail, email, SMS or telephone now or in the future for the purpose of verifying the entry and for soliciting the sale of products and services, even if listed on the Federal Do Not Call Registry. The authorization is effective until formal request is made to be placed on the Do Not Call list maintained by the Company contacting the entrant.
